If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, it may be returned within 30 days of the order purchase date. The returned item must be unused and in the same condition as it was delivered. To request a refund, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org including the invoice number of your original purchase invoice and detailing the reasons for the return. Payment can be made via PayPal. Please note that the transaction will appear on your PayPal statement as ‘Developed Ideas’. If you don’t have a PayPal account you can pay using credit card via PayPal.
Your payment will be processed at checkout and your order will be placed after payment has been received. You will be responsible for paying the retail price and postage costs associated with the items you have purchased.
After you place your order you will receive a confirmation email with details of your purchase and shipping information. A second email will be sent to you when it is being processed and packed for shipping.
You will receive tracking notifications via email and SMS message from Australia Post.
Order processing time is 24-48 hours, excluding public holidays (state or national). Orders are sent from Jerrabomberra, NSW and once sent, via Australia Post, it can take 2 – 5 business days to arrive for standard shipping in Australia and 6 – 10 business days for International Economy Air shipping.
Any orders with Express Post Shipping in Australia can take 1 – 5 business days depending on your location and Australia Post Guarantee Postcodes. We do not accept any responsibility for delays in shipping once the package has been lodged with Australia Post.
We suggest ordering early for Christmas as there will be delays due to the volume of mail Australia Post has to deliver at this time of year.
Standard postage is $11.95 in Australia and Express Postage in Australia is $19.95. Postage is via Australia Post and you will receive tracking notifications from Australia Post.
Standard International Air to New Zealand, the UK, Ireland, Canada and America and $65 for all other international orders. Our international shipping cost is much higher due to the weight of the package and the requirement for tracking on all packages being sent overseas.
Electronic gift vouchers are delivered free of charge to your inbox, please ensure you provide an email address when completing your order.
Yes, we offer Express Postage in Australia for a flat rate of $19.95 via Australia Post. For Express Post packages that are sent internationally, please email email@example.com to request this.
We offer local pickup from Jerrabomberra, New South Wales. Once you have submitted your order, we will contact you to arrange a suitable pickup time and day. If you do not live in the Canberra and surrounding region please do not choose local pick up.
